Meter installed at incorrect location

Hi Experts,

I am facing one issue where we have Add 1 and Add 2 however meter A supposed to installed at Add 1 and Meter B supposed to installed Add2.

Actual Scenario - Meter A installed at Add 2 and Meter B installed at Add 1 since 01/01/2022.

How can I correct this.

Can you not just try to reverse the full installation? Are you facing any other issue like billing meter reading et cetera?

Hi Jatinder,

You can perform the following steps for both equipment to correct the data and installed the equipment at right device location.

1- Perform billing removal using Tcode EG35

2- Perform Technical reversal using Tcode EG51

3- Full installation using EG31.

This should work if there is no meter reading other than meter installation read. If there is any post meter install read then you will have to first perform the reading reversal via EL37.
