meter exchange/new install flag

How can I flag any new installed meter in the first month's meter read order so that the meter reader is alerted to visually verify that the labeled constant is the same as the constant in their device?  There has been some meters information entered with the wrong constant.

thanks,

Valentina

Hi Valentina,

You can use function module ISU_DB_EABL_LAST where you can pass equipment, register, meter reading date and time. Then you need to check meter reading reason of previous meter reading (YT_EABLG). If you find meter reading reason = 21 (Meter reading at billing-rel. inst.) or 08 (Meter reading upon technical inst.), then it would mean it is a new meter at a given service location. You can set your indicator as per condition mentioned above.
