Mass Interest Calculation FPINTM1 is not working for Installment Plans

Hi,

I am trying to use Mass Interest Calculation FPINTM1 for charging interest on original items included in Installment Plan. I have configured posting areas 1084 (activated Int. Inst. Plan = X), 1103 (InstPlan Enh. = X) and 1105 (Int.fm Orig.Itm = X) correctly so that system can charge interest correctly on original items. However, system is still not charging interest on original items. As per my understanding I can either use 1084 and 1103 to automatically charge interest in mass run or manually using 1105 from installment plan change transaction FPR2 but none of the options are working.

Have you used mass interest calculations for charging interest on original items of installment plan? If yes, could you please tell me what I might be missing in configuration?

Hi,

Have you tried Posting Area 1100 (Field name "Interest on Arrears") in conjunction with the Installment Plan category configuration (Field name "Item Int. to StartDt")?

Give that a try.
