Mass Flag Accounts as Doubtful Items FPZW

Hi All,

My client requirement is to Mark Mass accounts as doubtful and we are using FPZW for now but it allows only single account to mark all items, open and due, as doubtful and we have huge number of accounts which we want to mark as doubtful, is there any way to run FPZW in the background?

We tried with FPRW and FPRV combination and these 2 transactions are marking only OPEN Items as doubtful but not the due items, is there anyway to mark both Open and Due items as doubtful?

Please advice me.

Hi

I believe only the items that are open past the due date can be selected to mark them as doubtful and thats standard , it might be possible through an enahancement but nit sure..
