Hi experts...good day,

I came across to a case where a meter was removed in SAP (EG32) during disconnected period. Unfortunately, the meter was still installed at consumer's premise and we need to reverse the meter removal (EG53 & EG34). We could not reverse the meter removal because it was in a disconnected period.

Is there any way that we can 'reverse the disconnection document' or 'change disconnection document date' to a date before the meter removal date?

Looking forward for your advice.

Hi,

It’s not completely clear what are the steps executed.

You say: “meter was removed in SAP (EG32) during disconnected period”

From this I understand that the removal was executed for a date after disconnection date.

However within your question you say

“'change disconnection document date' to a date before the meter removal date”

So removal was executed for a date before disconnection date?

Could you tell which dates are used for disconnection and removal?

Then could you give the error message with error number which is issued on trying to reverse the removal?

As well it would be helpful to know whether the device is an AMI-meter with remote disconnection?
