Hi frinds, can you help me to get SAP-ISU_CIC module Implementation guide with screenshot, I can get lot's of material from help.sap.com, it's not understandable for me, am very new to this module, so you guy's please help me 2 get step by step procedure to create & configure CIC screen like frame work, component & component profile etc..........

Hi,

I am afraid there is no easy way - usually I would say, just attent course IUT250. But maybe there is another way: first you should assign the org profiles and the cic screen you want to use to the correct user. Or assign several roles to one user and see the differences in SAP delivered standard CIC0-views. Org stuff: PPOME/PPOMW

After this - if you want to change the layout of the "result" tree (e.g. have only one contract displayed,...) or if you want to have additionaly action items.

Lets say you start with defining data environment in navigation. This can be found in IS-U customizing and will change directly the tree you displayed with your CIC profile.

With the ACTION profile you can define the actions for each master data object.

From there it seems to be too detailed to be described here --> the help files are ok, but maybe my start helps you to find your way through those.

Step 1:

Create Framework Id( assign hidden & visible components)

Step 2: Create CIC profile

Step 3: create Org unit and assign person

Step 4: Assign CIC profile to Org. unit (or) person

Path : Easy access screen

Logistics>Customer service>Customer Interaction center>Adminstration>CIC structure>Org.Structure(Change,T.code-PPOMW)>select Org. unit

In this screen on the top i.e menu bar find Go To

Go To>detail Object>Enchanced object description

Now u r in Maintain object page(T code-PP01)

Now in the Active tab page select CIC profile

Now in menu bar Edit>create infotype

Again u r in new page(T code-PP01)

Enter the CIC profile Id which u have created in customizing

Run T code- CIC0

I hope u r able to see the screen now
