Dear Experts,
During archiving the object FI_MKKDOC, in the write prog variant there are 2 options to select in the Archiving startegy area.
1. Only Pure Clearing/Stat docs
2. Other Documents
I need some clarifications in this area. as per the above selection criteria the FI_MKKDOC has to be run 4 times?
What i mean here is at the first run we run write job selecting the option to archive the clearing docs and delete, and @ the second run selecting the option 2 (other documents). By completing this step all clearing/stats documents are archived.
In the 3rd run original FICA docs will be archived selecting the option 1 & and in 4th step selecting the option 2 other documents.
Is that my understaning is correct?
And also the retention period (Document life) is checked on Posting date of the document or Entered date?
Please provide your suggestions.
