Solved: ISU - Add time slice changing Rate Category in ISU...

Hello,

I want to add a new time slice in an IS-U Installation changing its Rate Category (EANLH-TARIFTYP). The problem is that field is locked and not allowed to modify its value.

This only happens when installation is related with contract created in CRM - It doesn't happen if contract has done in ISU -.

Is there any exit or custo where this is validated?

Hi,

Go to tcode ES31 and put the date from which u want made the changes and check the prorate check box then execute it.

You can too change the rate category with tx. EC30.

Hi,

It would appear to me that you have CRM products mapped to IS-U Rate Categories.

If that is the case, then you should contact a CRM consulant or user in your team to show you how to change the product as of a certain date (in CRM). You would have to explain to them which new Rate Category you need to allocate.
