Issue of Line Item

Hi All,

i have come across an issue where iam unable to create a line item for Fixed Charges, can any one help me in tracking my solution.

Could you elaborate your issue?

Are you saying you have done all the configuration, but billing is not generating the specific line item?

Hi Sumith,

Billing is not generating for the specific line item, and iam confused whether the variant (LUMSUM04) i used for the fixed charges is correct or not, can you help me with my issue from the step 1 to till the end .

Hi Majid,

As there could be many reasons for this, we can try few obvious steps.

Have you checked the rate determination to make sure the rate is getting triggered?
