IS-U - Reference Customer not created in SD

Hi Experts,

We are working in SAP CRM & IS-U implementation project.

I'm able to create BP in CRM & the same is replicated in IS-U. However the corresponding customer is created without any SD

& FI data (Sales Area & Company code Data missing). I've maintained the reference customer with the MKK BP role in the integration table in IS-U. Also activated the specific BTE's.

Can you please check & let me know.

Hi

Just to check with you have you maintained the following settings

SAP Utilities>Master Data>Business Partner>Settings for Creating Standard Customers>Maintain Parameters for Creating Reference Customer in Standard System

there in you need to maintain system parameter for standard customer.Maintain following setting for ex:

rcat:MKK

NCONV:REFE

REFERENCE CUSTOMER : REFERENCE

Pls note the key here is Nconv : should have first 4 (REFE) leters simmilar to the field detail of reference customer (REFERENCE)
