can IS-U EDM be implemented only for a generation company in a regulated market ?

Hi,

that depends....

EDM can hold the data in form of profiles...

and can be billed through RTP

so...Generating station has many meters which supply different feeders...

and that company wants to store that profile data then EDM can be used...
