Hi All,

Is it possible to send 1 welcomeletter for a  customer who moves in with gas and electricity ?

How many connection object would be created in that case ?

Hi,

If the both utility companies are different then different connection objects are created as per utility company procedures for the business partner.

If a single company supplies both gas and eletricity then one connection object should serve the purpose.

One welcome letter can be sent to the customer.
