Interest calulation on security deposit

Hi Experts,

i want to modify the logic for calculating the deposit interest (TCode FPI2) based on some criterias.I have searched in Fqevents but didnt get events which are helpful to modify the interest calculation logic

(here actually i am calling a FM FKK_INTEREST_CALC,in this FM we are filling a table i_itemtab where we are passing two dates FROM DATE and TO DATE,Now based on company code and the status of the security deposit i want to modify this FROM DATE field during the FPI2 run.)

Can you please help me with this

Have you looked at http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-36101 ?  Using search term 'interest' pulls up the list of  events and there you can find event 2090 which can adjust the period.
