I think it is being billed with a Rate category which is specifilly created to bill disconnected installation. Have you checked that after disconnection the Rate category is changed to something else?

Hi,
Please check the bill docs of those installations. I believe those bill docs does not have any consumption line item.
Please confirm. Based on that we will try to help you further.

Hi,
In the Rate Schema, there is a checkbox 'D' that is sensitive to a Disconnection Period.
Check to see if is turned on (or not).
Definition
Processing disconnection periods in billing
In the schema, schema steps can be marked as relevant to disconnection.
The indicator can only be set for variants that are marked as disconnection-relevant in variant management. Billing-relevant disconnections lead to prorations of values for schema steps that are relevant to disconnection.
Time slices that fall in the disconnection periods are marked with the value Disconnection = "X".
Example:
Original period for a reference value
Disconnection period
=====>
Disc. = " " Disc. = "X" Disc. = " "
The Disconnection indicator is also transferred to the billing line items and can be interpreted via the form.
The time portion is calculated with 0 for time slices marked with Disconnection = "X". For example, in the case of time-based values, such as demand or reference values, this results in no charges being levied for the periods of disconnection.
Note that a disconnection within an installation affects all schema steps. This means that when a device contained in an installation is disconnected, those steps not pertaining directly to the disconnected device are also affected.
Example:
A device is disconnected. A reference value that is independent of each device and that has its own rate type is not billed for the disconnection period if the schema step for the reference value provides for this.
