Hi Experts,

Does anyone knows which calculation methodology is used by SAP ininstallment plan interest calculation. I have been getting lots of queries from my customers on this lately.

Hi Sunny,

SAP uses compound interest fomular: Int. = basis ( (1+ rate/100) ^ (days/360) - 1) as the interest calculation formula. Same as in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compound_interest.
