Installation group order suppression.

A new secondary installation is moved in but the billing order is suppressed due to close proximity to a periodic billing.  This in turn prevents the primary installation from billing since all secondary installations haven't billed.  Is there a way to override the order suppression for installation group scenarios?

Section 9.2

There are a whole bunch of caveats & addenda all indicating it is your responsibility to ensure the scheduling is sufficient to allow billing.

I would suggest using Meter reading units, with low thresholds on the Meter Reading Interval (TE422-ABLKAR) IE zero as indicated in 9.2.6
