I'm looking for a way to track all the changes users did to the installation facts.

I am not sure just check it through operands, operand categories.

Hi,

You can go through modification documents, tables CDHDR and CDPOS, using object class ISU_ETTIF and object id the installation number.

in CDPOS field tabkey has the operand name, and also you have the fileds with old and new values.
