Hi All,

from last few weeks, during our billing batch run, we are getting above error. On analyzing I found that for a metered installation system is showing billing order status as billable but there are no meter readings (all the MROs in open state).

also when I checked I found all the registers for the device are billing relevant & there is no device modification performed.

Not sure why the system is behaving this way.

anyone knows the probable cause of this error please help.

Our system is not supporting this note.
