INST_MGMT EMIGALL error "Not all meter readings results have been entered"

Hello All,

While loading the INST_MGMT through EMIGALL we are receiving the error "Not all meter readings results have been entered".

The following structures are populated.

INTERFACE

AUTO_ZW

AUTO_GER

IEABLU

The fact is-

1. The meter read structure is populaed.

2. The number of register is 1 hence 1 row is added in meter read structure.

3. Debug shows that error is thrown at "CHECK_COMPLETENESS" form and because of IETDZ is empty(Though the register level data are entered).

Can anyone please help?

Hello Kuntal,

The number of occurrences of the AUTO_ZW and IEABLU auto structures in the file are determined and should correspond to the number of registers that the Register Group shows on the specific Device.

For e.g. If the device has been assigned a register group that contains 2 registers then both, the AUTO_ZW and IEABLU should be filled in and occur twice in your INST_MGMT data record. Ensure that all required fields are filled in the AUTO_ZW structure also.

The number of MR is same with the register.

Still the error is same.

Hi Kuntal,

Please provide your example data record so I can review the field data to further help you analyze.

Also, what type of device install are you trying to execute-- Technical or Bill or Full?

Second, did you try to execute it on the dialog transaction as well (with the same data record)? And do you get the same error at that time too?
