Hybris Billing integrated to ISU

Hi Hybris Billing experts!

How Hybris Billing could be set up with ISU? Is there any documentation available for this integration? Some utility customers are billed and invoiced under ECC using ISU solution.  Could billing items be generated from CRM/CC/CI to be invoiced jointly with ISU charges under the same FICA contract account?

Yes, Billing items can be generated from CC and those can be combined with ISU invoicing.

However, I am looking for more details. Is there any configuration/business process document that explains how CC/CI billing items should be set up to be invoiced along with ISU billing documents into the same ISU invoice? Should I use SD/FICA integration, then run ISU invoicing?
