How to use Debt Recovery Management (FIN-FSCM-DR)

Hello,

Does any one know how to use Debt Recovery Management and it's integration with FICA.

We want to use the functionality of submitting to internal collection department and we need a detailed description of the different steps to perform to implement this functionality.

I am not 100% certain - but i do not believe DR works with FICA.

Hi Bill,

It is supposed to work with PSCD. So I do not see why it will not work with FICA.

Any way lets suppose  that I'm going to use it with PSCD, Do you have any useful documentation?

Hi,

Debt Recovery Management is a functionality available in Financial Supply Chain Management and be integrated for FICA/PSCD/ISU. In Contract accounting you need to only configure posting area 3002 with case type. SAP provides standard case type L_CO for Contract accounting FSCM integration.

Most of config has be done in FSCM. To do this use path IMG Financial Supply Chain Management -> Debt Recovery Management.
