How to replace value in SAP ISU EDM

Hi,

I want to know for the replacement procedure:

First question

It works only with simulation? or it can work avec real caculate ?

Second question:

The replacement value could be copy from the profile 100000000 (on the right) to the profile 100000001 (on the left) by replacement ??

These are the 2 roles for the register

My goal is to copy the value of one role to another (which are affected to the same register)

This is what I configured

And it is putted on the profile header of 100000001.

Hi there,

To answer your questions:

1) Replacement Value Procedure (RVP) can be used on:

- Billing simulations as you have suggested

- Manually updated in dialog via EEDM01

- On import where values are missing in the profile value import BAPI

- Via the FORECAST method in the EDM Settlement Workbench

If you wish for RVP to be activated on Import, you need to ensure the RVP group assigned to the Profile Header has the 'RVP after Imp.' tickbox checked. Also in the RVP group, you need to select the tickboxes for whether it applies to consumption or demand profiles (generally you will have both ticked).

2) In this case, you are correct. You need to make sure that profile 100000000 is allocated with profile allocation role 'PROV' to the register. Once you have done this, there should be no issue. You can then trigger the RVP for profile 100000001 based on the four possibilities listed above.
