How to make non deletable the attachment in contract account master data in transaction CAA2

Hi Experts,

Please suggest me, how to change the configuration, so that in contract account master data no one can change the "Contract account: Remarks" and also no one can delete the attachment from contract account master data through transaction CAA2? It is an urgent requirement from clien. Please suggest.

Hi

You can control through Basis Security roles.Restrict other users for using CAA2 t-code. only provide CAA3 or CAA1 as required.

Hi Tamal,

Configuration path is SPRO > Financial Accounting > Contract accounts receivable and payables > Basic functions > Contract Accounts > Field modifications > Define field group for authorization check .

Field group 0060 gives the authorization for remarks at contract account level  , also check the authorization object F_KKVK_FDG.
