How to Make a Field Mandatory in Create Customer Contact in SAP-IS-U

Hi Experts,

I want to Make a Field (Priority) Mandatory during Creation of Customer Contact Log (T.code- BCT0) in SAP-IS-U.

If any one have any Idea about the IMG path for doing it please suggest.

Hi Abhishek,

Please try this:

SPRO->SAP Utilities->Tools->System Modification->Field Selection->Select Fields

Module Pool - SAPLBPT1

Screen Group - 0200

Click on Change -> Screen Groups-> Customer Contact: Main Screen -> Check the required button for the desired field.

Hi Abhishek,

You can make a particular field mandatory for a particular transaction through screen variant.

Go to transacation code SHD0 and give BCT0 in the T.code and click on create button.

It will take you to the Create Customer Contact Screen and then for the first you can give some values.

On pressing the back button, you will get a pop-up where in you can confgure which field you want to make mandatory.

Once done , you can save the settings and the next time you enter BCT0, you will find the field as mandatory.
