How to lock contract account for correspondance letters..?

Hi friends,

I want to lock one contract account only for correspondance letters.

please provide me the solution for the same.

Hi,

Contract account change>Dunning/correspondence Tab>Correspondence control-->Correspondence Dunning Locking

Use

If you assign a correspondence dunning lock, this means that no dunning notices will be sent for overdue incoming correspondence that would normally be dunned.

Hi Konakanchi,

I have put the corr-dunn lock in the contract account.I triggered one letter but it was printed.

actually I don't want to print any letter for that contract account.

can you please look into that and help me in that.
