how to link the sales and service order to a contract

Hi,

Could anyone please tell me how can we find the link between Service order and a contract.

Suppose we create a service order for new connection(move in for a new BP).

And also please consider the case where there can be multiple contracts against one B.P..

Also please tell me is it possible that a BP can have multiple contracts for the same division.

Please reply its very urgent.

Thanks and Regards

Hi,

please see my answer here:

And next: there is NO direct linkage between an IS-U contract and the service order/service notification, the link is ALWAYS only regarding the devices ... And, yes, a BP can have several service orders for each division.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.....

Please tell me can we insert a condition so that one type of service order can not be created after creation of service order of another type.

Suppose if A and B type of service orders(sub-order of C) are to created sequentially...first A then B.

Then in this case after techo of B, A must not be created....so please guide is there any option to insert this condition while we configure sub orders(Service order).

Thanks and Regards

Hi,

you could check if exit EXIT_SAPLEL01_005 hepls (pm_order in X_OBJ) or exit EDMLELSM (EXIT_SAPLEL01_001) could do the trick ...
