How to delete a specific city ?

Hey All,

Currently we are facing a issue where duplicate city are created by postal code update.

As a result of this we are getting high number of error during printing of invoice using ea29 .

As it not possible to delete the city manually using trnx sr11 ,as the city is used in many other street .( a solution exist to delete the strrets which has incoorect city and to create a new street using the correct city number ,but its very time consuming and would take more time as there are more than 1000 of entirs )

So is there any standard program available to delete a specifc city using it ?

Hi Harry,

You can have a look at the following three standard programs for address management in SAP.

RSADRQU1-Create an address index for the quarterly adjustment

RSADRQU2-Check and update address data in quarterly adjustment

RSADRQU3-Quarterly adjustment: Write updated addresses to database
