easibi i am not sure but ea16 you can use if you want to.

Hi,

It is not possible to create manual billing document via EASIBI as it does not require any billing order.

You can crate manual billing via EA16 as mentioned. You need to define the line item and other details and once the document is created, releae it manually via EA16 only so that it can be used for invoicing.

Are you referring to create a bill manually via EASIBI and not through a batch process? I am not sure, but in case you are executing EASIBI for billing a contract OR installation OR a contract account, you definitely need a bill order.

"Manual bill" in ISU is done for manual adjustments and does NOT need any bill orders. It can be created via EA16 and it needs pretty much all the information like Rate category, rate, e.t.c. You can copy an existing billing document to copy all the billing lines and then modify it as required.
