How to check read status whether "active" or "inactive"?

How to check if a 09 or a 01 read is active or inactive?

Is this actually maintained somewhere? I am not able to find this actually.

I assume here? El31, drill into a meter reading result. Page 3, meter reading & billing data.

you should also be able to interact with this field in EL28 etc EABL-AKTIV

while entering the read using EL28 (for instance) , by using the below field the value is either set to active or in-active.
