How to change status of Installation(Diconnection/Reconnection)

Hi,

While i carry out disconnection of an installation the status of installation in tcode ES32 does not turn to

RED - INSTALLATION DISCONNECTED, But the status of device turn to RED - DEVICE IS CURRENTLY BLOCKED.

Is there any configuration for changing the status of installation.

Hi,

You need to create a disconnection document for the installation using T code EC85.

Then you can disconnect the installation from the transaction and can see installation status as disconnected( Red ) in ES32.

Create disc doc at Installation level (Not device).

Dear Mukul,

I created a disconnection document at installation level, but still the status of installation is green while that of device is red.

Please guide me in this matter. Is there any configuration required to change the status of installation on disconnection and reconnection.

Hi,

Not only you need to create disconnection document but you also need to disconnect the installation.

Go to EC86-This will open the disconnection document for installation in change mode .

Press enter and disconnect the installation by pressing the button enter disconnection in the application toolbar and save the changes.

Installation will be disconnected when the status of disconnection document on screen (in EC86 only field DiscDocStat is 21 i.e Disconnection carried out ) changes to 21.

You can check various status of disc doc. by pressing F4 on DiscDocStatus field.

Hi Mukul,

Yesterday, I have already completed the entire process of disconnection, i.e. create disconnection document, create disconnection order, enter disconnection and the status of disconnection document is 21, still there is a problem of status in installation, it remains green, while that of device turns to red.

Can you help me on this?

The problem is resolved after we upgraded the patch level.
