Hide / deactivate some register groups

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to hide some register groups or deactivate some register groups during device creation process? I see there is a search help on register group field which we could use, but there's no search help exit there.

Any suggestions ?

In our ISU System there is a Customizing Path to enhance the Register Group SearchHelp "EZWG" with a Custom SearchHelp ...

See SPRO > SAP Utilities > Device Management > Define Search Help for Register Groups

You could Use some kind of Filter in a Custom Exit of this Search Help to remove unwanted Register Groups?
