Help with CASE MANAGEMENT

Hi all,

I am working with Case Management and I have to create Cases automatically throw events and manually to. These Cases have statuses and specific customizing depending on the BO that belongs to.

Anybody could help me on:

- How i can create statuses, for example, like "Close Status" but allowing create notes and attach documents?

- How I can create Cases automatically depending on an specific action, for example, throw by a workflow?

- How I can create specific search of one object inside a case, for example, find a bid in an specific Case

Please look into the service marketplace, under SAP for Utilities - Product Information, there is a folder for Business Process Exception Management. There you will find documentation on the product and the functions as well as how to make it work.
