Getting Error while running umcui5_mobile service

Hello ,

I am getting error (/IWBEP/CM_MGW_UM/069- Unable to read external user name) when i am testing umcui5_mobile .

Any solution.

Difficult to say. You could put some screenshots from network tab of web debugger or payload that creates a problem.

Hi Harshal,

I also got the same issue and here is resolution:

The Error (/IWBEP/CM_MGW_UM/069- Unable to read external user name) is populating because of the below issue:

The user logon must have User Alias maintain in the system.

Just Check the User and maintain the user alias and the issue will be resolved.
