Getting error EB326 while final bill creation?

I am getting error -

Statistical tax amount in transaction currency not correct (B)
Message no. EB326

while final bill creation for 1 contract. SAP note 1363712 is not implemented in the system. I am trying to find out the reason in debug. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue?
