CIC is1 nly common for media and util,fica is common for almostall.a fica consultant can be involved in any IS

Not sure on this but...

SAP does not have a telecom (Billing) soln so it uses 3rd party for the front end and passes on the Finance entries to FICA.

CIC within ISU has been discontinued by SAP and SAP CRM is now the new CIC.

the other modules Billing, Device menagement may not be relevant in Telecom.
