Hi,

Once the customer makes move in he gets the official contractc signed form both ends and all charges and taxes are then levied automatically to him.

Back after a long time.Thanks for ur reply.but i would like to know if this have to be manually made in isu system or how is the procedure iam not clear about this ,can u explain

Once the move in is done all events are trigered and what ever charges are applicable they are levied
