Dear all,

I am making some test using FPO1P.

I would like to know on reports, what is the signification of one column : The S R column (see below).

I cannot find any correspondance to this number. What is it about?

Thanks a lot for your help,

Regards,

Anaïs

Hi Anais,

To answer your issue, the highlighted "Clrng.Doc.No S R" is talks about the days interval which we selected in Output control tab.

SAP has provided 5 interval limits which talk about the each period of days interval.

Identification 1 will refer to the first interval, like same until 5. 6 will refer to the items after the 5th interval due dates.

Please find the bellow due dates which makes you more clear.

Thanks a lof for your explanation Hariprasad !

I would just make a correction as I think that colum stands only for SR.

The Clrng.Doc.No would stand for Clearing Document Number which is always empty for open items. Am I right?

Moreover, would you know what is the PoR column (3rd column)

(If you could tell me how to check all columns and their signification, that would be a great help as well )

Thanks again for your help,

Regards,

Anaïs
