FPL9 Screen not al document are displayed

Hi Experts,

On the FPL9 screen document of type AI aren't displyed for some users. How can that be?

Has this something to do with autorization?

Or has this something to with the origizational model? If so do I have to define that in CRM or IS-U?

Or is this something related to document types and company codes?

There are several possible reasons for that behavior:

1. List type or category can influence items shown. Entered on FPL9 selection screen by user

2. Account balance roles can influence selection. Entered on FPL9 selection screen by user

3. Events can influence display- check all between 1200 and 1210. Configured for all users.

4. Authority check F_KKKO_BUK can influence display. Defined and assigned for all users.
