FPL9 Performance and dump for time out

Dear Experts,

For my client for SME customers having large contracts we are observing performance issues in FPL9.

It takes too much time and ultimately gives time out short dump.

After analysing the short dump we observed that , we have activated the Event 1205 for supplement data.

In this event the FM ISU_DB_ERDB_SELECT_DOC_KK gives dump because of maximum runtime.

Kindly let me know if some one has faced the similar issue and how to fix this ?

Let me know if any sap note available for the same.

Hi Sagar,

Consider following SAP note which is specific to event 1205.

Note 1231361 - FPL9: performance improvement in event 1205

Apart from that, they are many other notes which resolve FPL9 performance issues.

you can use snapshot functionality for larger accounts.  Fact is that there is only so much data which can be collected and presented online for a user within the allotted time.  If there is too much data, you will get a time out. eos.
