During FPCOPARA run, when a lot of correspondences are being generated, the system occupies all the DIALOG processes with the program SAPLHTTP_RUNTIME. I understand that these are the processes communicating to our external content server to archive the documents. However there should be, and I assume there is, a way to throttle the number of HTTP processes that get spun off from the background jobs. Any thoughts? Thank you,
David

Hello David,
Certainly you could control the calls by reducing the number of background jobs you defined for the 'correpondence print' masss activity.

Hi Fritz,
It's not the background jobs that are the problem, one batch job spawns a dialog processes per invoice to be archived. I'm trying to find a way to limit the number of dialogs that can be spawned. Thanks,
David

Hello,
I was able to get our CD team to run FPCOPARA with only one batch process and it still spawns dialog processes that consume all the dialog work processes of the system. There's got to be some way to limit the number of spawned processes. Any help is appreciated. Thanks,
David

Hello David;
Did you find a solution to your problem?
Can you print & archive at the same batch job?

Mariano
