FPCOPARA Printing

While notice printing through FPCOPARA the no. of spool generated is not consistent it depends on user ID..... Example for a single contract account no. of spool of notice should be created only one but it is generated two or four or eight for same CA how to control number of printing?

i also want all notices of CAs should be print under same spool no. so that it can be converted in to single PDF file?

this is related to user ID profile settings or FPCOPARA  ?

Hey Ankit ...  Check your interval settings for FPCOPARA in the Technical Settings tab.   Parallel processing object I like to use is GPART (Business partner).   That should give all the associated CA's in the same spool as long as the there is no CA dispatch control setting for copies (which will drive a unique spool). 

Also, change you spool aggregation from interval to job .... in SPRO ... Under Contracts Accounts Receivable & Payable > Technical Settings > Activate performance improvement for mass runs.
