FM to calculate the Periodic Consumption for a specific durations

Hi Experts,

For every implasible meter read, I have to check Same Month Last Year's consumption, Last Month's Consumption and Current Month's Consumption.

Is there any FM or BAPI to get the Periodic consumption which takes Date Range and Device, Reg etc as input and calculates the consumption for that duration.
