Hi all,
I need to add two new fields to the contract account. I know there is a menu CAWM to extend the CA, but I can't find any information about it (neither here at SDN nor at SAP help nor at SAP notes).
So my question: Where can I find detailed (step by step) instructions on how to use the CAWM transaction? I need some kind of technical manuel or reference.

Hello,
CAWM is an area menu transaction. You cannot directly use it like other T-Codes. You need to use via T-Code SE43<<press F6 for change>>.
You may need to add info under
Contract Account control\Screen Layout\Field Groups.
You add your new fields here.

I know how to start the menu, thats not the problem.
But I need detailed information on how to use the menu.

BUPT is the area menu for Business Partner Enhancements.
CAWM is the area menu for Contract Account Enhancements
Search for BUPT document like this CAWM can be done.
if you search in google also you will get BDT document.
SDN document for BDT(Business Data Tool Set)

I want to add just one more integer-based field to store a count of days for a internal process here...
