Hello Renju
Look on the installation on the billing period overview.
Look what the billing periods are and you can see also the meterreading status.
Hope this will help you.
otherwise I need more details

Hi,
Please check if the meter reading entered is causing the order to get Implausible. Execute Tcode EL27 and check if any of the reads is implausible, if so, then release the same.
The move out billing order should get created and the billing should get executed successfully.
Hope this helps!!

Hi Rajesh,
Initially meter reading was implausible only. But it is released. Then only we are getting this problem.
can anybody suggest solution for this?

Hi Renju,
Is a move-out billing order present? Check on the Installation, then the "Billing Orders" tab if I remember correctly (I don't have SAP up right now). If there is no "move-out billing order", then you might try going to "change move-out" and taking out the move-out reading, then putting it back in and hitting the ENTER button, then saving. Sometimes this will trigger a move-out billing order to be created if one wasn't when the actual move-out doc was created or if it was deleted in error. This would be a system issue though so you might want to check out any SAP Notes as well.

Michael
