FICA-FSCM Credit Exposure & Utilization

Dear Experts,

We are implementing FSCM credit management in integration with FICA.

We have configured system with SAP best proactices. But system is not updating credit exposure & utilization for BP from credit limit & control tab.

(Credit Score & credit limit is getting updated correctly). Where should I focus to update theese values

Also, can anybody highlight on credit exposure update automation. Can it be updated automatically when the customer is billed or customer made payment?

And also how system will update the values in payment behaviour key figure tab automatically?

Hello Sachin,

You need to do following things to replicate the credit score.

1. Maintain BP in  credit management role UKM000 Credit Mgt Business Part.

2. Run program fpcm1 to transfer the credit data to BP.

Thanks for info.

I am using extact the same what you said & the partner is maintained as UKM000.

Also, if i simulate with Report - RFKK_CR_FILL_DFKKOBL_INITIALLY - Credit liability & exposure,  it is calculating the figures.

But when I am trying to transfer data from FICA with FPCM1, it is not updating for,

Credit Exposure & utilization %.

Payment behaviour key figures tab (Any values not updated)

Here i want to know, if customer is having multiple CA, how & for which CA it will update the information here?
