Error upon starting of CIC0

I am trying to access the T-Code CIC0 but it is not allowing me to enter any dialog screen. A pop-up appears stating:

CIC framework does not exist for agent <USERNAME>

The Help asks me to assign a framework ID to CIC Profile but as far as I can see, CIC Profile already has a Framework ID.

Hi,

This is because the CIC profile is not assigned to your user.The assignment of cic profile to user can be done by using PPOCE transaction
