Hi Experts,

We are upgrading the CRM ISU system for EHP1 to EHP3 in ISU. After upgrade while I confirm the BP and click on create new contract(Move IN) I am getting the error  as bleow:

"Error retrieving process IUMI"

"Error New Contracts process is not permitted".

Anybody is having any idea on this please update.

hello Chinmaya,

Is this issue (Retriving IUMI issue) got resolved.Can you please let me know the resolution details

I am facing the same issue, Unable to proceed and got Stuck Up.
