Hi All,
While creating a move in of contract from CRM the contract is not replicated in ISU system,
I have checked the error entry in ECRMREPL and found that below error message is given
Error >3554 "Partner XXX for contract account XX locked by user XXX " .
I know the solution is to restart the entry in ecrmrepl but i want to know the cause of issue.
Also the user mentioned in error is the user by which replciation is done .
Has any one faced similar situation before ?

Hi Haresh,
The root cause of the issue that you are facing is at the time of replication, the business partner\contract account is opened in changed mode in ISU System, by the particular user.
You need to close FFP2 (for BP) and CAA2(for Contract account) and then restart the entry.

Hi,
This error occurs generally when some other user is currently editing the BP involved in the contract.
Please re-process the BDoc again so that it will complete the process.
when you finally update transaction or exit from transaction, you will not get error.
