Error in EMMA case creation from mass activity report

Hi

I am trying to create EMMA log from mass activity for automatic case creation but when I prepare job from EMMA transaction job is getting prepared as job with info/success message and hence its not creating case ,

Can any one please help me out in resolving this issue.

Dear Chetan,

the BPEM-Job preparation and the case creation are two different steps. The first step is already to prepare the BPEM Job. This means that the messages will be read from the application log (or whatever) and saved in BPEM specific tables. The second step is to create cases based on the stored error messages. If you call tx EMMAJP or FPEMMAMA you have to set the flag 'prepare jobs' for the first step and 'create clarification cases' for the second step. Please also check particularly the flag 'Check for Existence of Identical Clarification Cases' of your clarification case categories. For further information please have a look to the BPEM guideline (SAP Note 1865271).
