Error during Meter Reading and Entry and Bill Simulation

Hello Everyone,

During Meter reading Entry using EL28 and Bill Simulation, I am getting the following error

"There are no internal numbers which have not been assigned".

Kindly help me to resolve.

I am assuming that the error came up at the time of bill simulation rather than meter reading entry ... correct?

I am also assuming that you have configured all the number ranges pertinent to bill runs and bill docs ... if yes.... then ... there is a note that you need to apply ... I think the note is SAP note 732878 ... as i recall from the top of my mind ...

let me know if it works ... or otherwise as well ... so that i can share the exact note and its contents when i m back in office

Dear Balaji,

I came accross to the same error message during device installation. The problem is solved after defining two number ranges. Go to snro and define number ranges for the objects EMMA_CASE (Clarification Case) and EMMA_RUNID ( Job)
